  • Place the mover as shown underneath the bike.

  • Locate the mover evenly to the center stand.

  • Note: When raising and lowering your bike ensure that the swivel wheels are locked.

  • Jack up the bike on the center stand as usual.

  • Before moving the raised bike, unlock the swivel wheels.

  • Tip: you can ease the lifting of the bike by placing the front or rear wheel on a small board.
